You need to submit a photo of your celebrity on Red Carpet.. Remember you need to look like a Top Model here. It's up to you on how you define a Top Model here.

As for the event for this cycle, it's my choice, so beware girls, it won't be easy!

For this red carpet, I'm taking you out of the cold of Iceland to the warmth of San Diego Comic-Con.

Casual and sexy short dresses, shirt-skirt combos and fashionable streetwear is the name of the game here.  Think of what you would wear to meet and greet fans in a semi-formal setting.

Revised the rankings because I suck at math, and discovered my calculations were off. Though there is 12 points between 1st and 3rd... There's also 12 between 1st and 2nd. That is, there's a tie for second place. I'd very much like Jared Leto (Or even Joan Rivers) to come and break the tie so we can finally reveal the winner.
