Welcome!!!
This is your fifth judging & elimination. The stake is higher. Great job this week. And the ranking was all over the place.
Here are the photos;
BoA as The Scheming Bitch
Shraddha: Yeah I think your eyes able to show the scheming side of you in this photo. I'm not sure with the hand though. It distracted me to see your face cause I wanna see that expression clearly. I love your body language. Overall, this is very solid.
Emma: Dark, mysterious, boring. This is such a let down after the stunning picture you have been giving us week after week. You'll have to forgive me, I'm not really a reality TV fan outside of ANTM and RPDR (Plus, I can't really get American Big Brother here). So I'll equate this to a Phi Phi O'Hara? Fashion and expression are on point, but as I said, boring and a step down.
Jensen: I don't see scheming in your eyes at all. But I like this. It's pretty and the pose is nice. Considering I haven't been a fan until last week, this is good news for you
Jared: Yes, I can see a glare in your eyes, but that's about it. BoA, you know I've been a pretty big fan of yours up until this point. I'm not loving this. I love B&W photos with an artistic edge, and I'm not seeing it here. I love that outfit, but I'm not seeing enough scheming bitch and the font at the bottom is a little distracting. Good luck!
Ellie as The One With The Dark Past
Shraddha: For the first time, I feel like your expression is 100 percent on point. I get that secretive vibes from this photo. Especially with your pose and you stated it clearly in your explanation. Great styling. This is definitely my favorite photo from you, Ellie. Keep it up.
Emma: Really? 100% on point, Shraddha? It's the same as last week. It's a problem then and its a problem still. Well, it makes sense because she liked it then too. Easy with the black and white. With the expression and the black and white, it almost looked like it was from the same photoshoot as last week - That's an unwritten don't - I'd advise against it, and I digress. I can see dark past right up to your face. Your face... Best described as "A deer in headlights"
Jensen: WTF am I missing? This photo is nothing like last round. Except the B&W. Your face and expression are both amazing here. I love the pose and the picture but, that being said, I do not see a connection with your archetype
Jared: Ellie, I personally think this photo is a step up from last week. Not a big step, but a step nonetheless. Still B&W, but I can see more of an artistic edge, which is what I look for when models choose this route instead of color. I personally got a "Janet Jackson at the Superbowl" impression from your gloved hands holding onto a "secret". I think your expression works here as well. Nice work.
Jennifer as The Goody-Two-Shoes
Shraddha: Well, if this is The Bachelor, then I'm going to root for you. I get that vibes from this photo. Very sweet and girly and it's perfect for your archetypes. As for your expression, I want it to be softer a little bit. Maybe a hint of smile. Then it would be much better. But overall, great job!!!
Emma: Are goodie-two-shoes supposed to look vacant with no personality? You know, when goodie-two-shoes are in judging-based reality shows, they're usually eliminated first for being boring. This is one of those cases where if I cut off the head, it's perfect. We don't want that though, do we?
Jensen: I like this, you look wholesome and pretty and also stuck up. Just like a typical goodie two shoes
Jared: Your outfit is selling this wholeheartedly. I see goodie-two-shoes all the way up until I see your expression. At that point, I'm not sure what's going on. But the setting and outfit are doing the job. I can't say I'm wowed, but I'm not disappointed.
Laura as The Hottie
Shraddha: Love this. Laura, you continued to impress me from week to week. I love how obsessed you were with your looks. And you're definitely the girl who wanted to look better than the other girls. I get that from this photo. Gorgeous angle. Great job, Laura.
Emma: Gorgeous. I love how much you've improved since last season. Keep it up, Laura. Plus, I love the white. Trying to suck up to a certain superhero, are you?
Jensen: Absolutely gorgeous and sexy and dayum girl!!! I love this.
Jared: I like January Jones. I like this photo more though. I think cropping off the top where the top of the car you are sitting in would have made it near perfection. I'm also seeing a little bit of a lighting problem that makes the top half look foggy, try to watch out for that. You are selling "The Hottie" for sure. Nice work overall.
Margot as The Maneater
Shraddha: From the body language to the flirty-ness side of you, everything is on point. I love this Margot. And you have such a sultry and seductress face here. Great job, Margot. I'm not sure how I'm going to rank this week.
Emma: Flirty and seductive. The dress is gorgeous. Gorgeous face. But that hair, girl. It looks less thick than a cheap shake-and-go wig. A classy Lauren Bacall-esque hairstyle would have done wonders.
Jensen: My only complaint is you look like you're looking at the camera not the guy. But I like the photo overall. Outfit is perfect for maneater
Jared: I mean, she's barely looking at the camera. As far as I'm concerned, whether Margot is looking at us or the man, we know she's a maneater. She screams maneater. That dress is fantastic. I love your whole look and I instantly knew what you were going for here. Wonderful job!
Nicki as The Dumb Blonde
Shraddha: I love the concept. I think it's brilliant. And I can see your archetype in this photo. Maybe if you toned down the expression a little bit, I would love it even more. But this is great, Nicki. Probably my favorite shot from you. OMG, how am I going to rank you girls this week.
Emma: Usually I'd be criticising the face, but I think this time it works perfectly. Eyes are dead, and having life in them would have made this really pop.
Jensen: I'm not sure I get it. How is this the dumb blonde?
Jared: Yeah, I'm going to comment on the expression, I'm not a fan. HOWEVER, that aside. You nailed it. That dog looks like a Paris Hilton dog that is ready to run for the hills. Smart dog. The outfit, the hair, the setting, it's all working. Way to come back, Nicki.
Paloma as The Crazy Party Girl
Shraddha: Paloma... Girl, just when I thought you couldn't shocked me anymore with your photo, here you did it again. The concept, the explanation and the styling. Just wow. You're always bringing your A game. Great job P.
Emma: For people wondering, this is the cover to "Stone Cold Sober". Paloma, you're bringing your A-game, but I hope you're not peaking too soon. Remember what happened to Rose last cycle. The problem I'm having is that we're seeing visually pleasing and eye-catching pictures from you week after week, but nothing really simple but gorgeous. But keep it up, I hope you'll be around for longer.
Jensen: Great job Paloma, great job!
Jared: Solid! Every week! Just solid. Could you please screw something up so I can tell you how to improve. This is getting embarrassing. Just kidding, please keep being amazing.
Selena as The One With The Dark Past
Shraddha: I like this Selena. We definitely can see your dark past. It's very straight forward. I love the coat on you. As for your expression, maybe if you didn't show to us that you're really miserable, I would love this even more. Maybe you can hide it with a little bit of smile but we still can see the happiness, it would add the mysterious element into your photo.
Emma: Ellie, when you see this, I'm sorry, because THIS is a deer in headlights. Darling, if something bad went down in that elevator, I want you to tell me straight away. I'll take care of him. If this is the dark past you're hiding, I'm sorry...This is a little too deep for me for this shoot.
Jensen: WOW!!!! WOW!!!!
Jared: Uh oh. Watch out, Paloma, someone's got a feisty Selena at her heels. This photo is telling me a story, and I am enraptured by it. I have chills, literal chills, girl. Superb job as far as I'm concerned.
Shailene as The HBIC
Shraddha: I think I saw this photo in the color version before. I think this photo might be even better in colors. But still. Your expression is perfect. For someone who always struggling with the expression, I'm so proud of you. Very bitchy and on point. Great job, Shai.
Emma: I think you should have done with Judgemental Bitch, that would have been much better. HBIC works okay too, but the bitchiness is so on point, it's a missed opportunity. But, you do me proud.
Jensen: FINALLY!!!! Love your face here and totally see HBIC!!! Great job darling.
Jared: I dunno about the rest of you, but I'm ready to stand in line behind this bitch. That expression is everything an HBIC should be. That outfit is great, I even love the B&W. I feel like it is helping the photo and bringing more focus on all of you, whereas I think if it were in color something like your lips would be too distracting. Nice job!
This is your fifth judging & elimination. The stake is higher. Great job this week. And the ranking was all over the place.
Here are the photos;
BoA as The Scheming Bitch
Shraddha: Yeah I think your eyes able to show the scheming side of you in this photo. I'm not sure with the hand though. It distracted me to see your face cause I wanna see that expression clearly. I love your body language. Overall, this is very solid.
